Associate Head Coach/
Offensive Line Coach
Coach Russ Greenwood is a proud Lancer alum who played for Londonderry from 2010 to 2013. He returned to the program in 2016 and has coached at every level—Freshman, JV, and Varsity. Greenwood currently serves as the Associate Head Coach and Varsity Offensive Line Coach.
Known for his energy, attention to detail, and passion for the trenches, Greenwood has played a key role in developing some of the state’s top offensive linemen helping produce four Division 1 offensive linemen in the past three years. His leadership in the offensive front has helped shape the identity of the Lancer offense over the past several seasons.
Greenwood has also served as an assistant coach for Team East in the CHaD NH East-West All-Star Game in 2018, 2019, 2023, and 2024. In addition to football, he is an assistant wrestling coach at Londonderry High School and sits on the Board of Directors for the NH Football Foundation.
Defensive Coordinator/ Running Backs Coach
Coach Billy Clement joined the Londonderry staff in 2015 and currently serves as the team’s Defensive Coordinator and Running Backs Coach. Since his arrival, Clement has played a key role in shaping the Lancers’ aggressive, disciplined defensive identity.
A former standout defensive back at Manchester West, Clement was teammates with Coach Lauzon during his playing days. He later graduated from the University of New Hampshire and went on to earn his master’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University.
Clement began coaching with Lauzon in 2011, serving as his defensive coach, and has remained a trusted leader on the Lancer staff ever since. His experience, attention to detail, and ability to connect with players have helped elevate both sides of the ball—anchoring the defense while also mentoring the team’s running backs.
Coach Clement brings a high level of passion, preparation, and accountability to the program, consistently working to develop student-athletes both on and off the field.
Tight Ends and Linebackers Coach
Coach Jim Curro is a proud Lancer alum who competed in football, track, and lacrosse at Londonderry from 2004 to 2008. He continued his football career at St. Lawrence University before moving into coaching.
After his playing days, Curro served as a graduate assistant at Iowa State University while earning his master’s degree, gaining valuable experience at the Division I level.
Now in his 5th year with the Lancers, Curro coaches the tight ends and linebackers and plays a critical role on the defensive staff. As Defensive Coordinator Coach Billy Clement’s right-hand man, Curro’s deep knowledge of defensive football has been a major asset to the program. His attention to detail, film preparation, and communication with players help elevate the team’s overall performance.
Curro is dedicated to developing student-athletes on and off the field, focusing on personal growth, accountability, and team-first values.
Defensive Backs Coach
Coach Dylan “Cap” Caplette is entering his 3rd year with the Lancers and currently serves as the Defensive Backs Coach. A key piece of the defensive staff, Cap brings energy, attention to detail, and a strong presence in the secondary to the Londonderry program.
Caplette was a three-year varsity starter at wide receiver and defensive back for Oakwood High School in Ohio from 2015 to 2018. He continued his football career at Ohio Wesleyan University before completing his degree at Miami University (OH).
After graduating, Cap joined the Lancer coaching staff and initially worked with the tight ends and linebackers. His transition to the secondary has helped solidify the back end of the Lancer defense, where his communication skills, film study, and technique-driven coaching have made a lasting impact.
Coach Caplette is passionate about mentoring student-athletes and is committed to building confident, disciplined players both on and off the field.
Wide Receivers/Cornerbacks Coach
Coach Demitri Jackson is entering his 3rd year with the Lancers and currently coaches the Wide Receivers and Cornerbacks. A Nashua native, Jackson attended Nashua North High School before graduating from Lawrence Academy in 2016. He was a standout three-season varsity athlete at both schools, competing in football, basketball, baseball, and track & field.
After high school, Jackson continued his football career at Brown University, where he played wide receiver and earned the team’s Heisman Award his senior year for leadership, dedication, and performance. Heading into his junior year, he also joined the Brown track & field team, further demonstrating his athleticism and work ethic.
Coach Jackson brings elite playing experience, technical knowledge, and a calm, confident presence to the sideline. His focus is on helping athletes grow as disciplined, high-character individuals while developing the physical and mental skills needed to succeed on the field.
Assistant Offensive & Defensive Line Coach
Coach Sean Psaledas is a proud Lancer Football alum who joined the coaching staff in 2022. He is entering his 4th year with the program and currently serves as the Assistant Offensive and Defensive Line Coach, helping develop physical, disciplined, and technically sound linemen on both sides of the ball.
A graduate of the University of New Hampshire, Psaledas brings strong leadership, a love for the game, and a deep football background. He comes from a family of coaches and is the grandson of Lancer legend Art Psaledas—a name that holds a lasting legacy within the Londonderry football community.
Coach Psaledas is dedicated to building on that legacy by instilling pride, toughness, and accountability in every player he coaches. His passion for the program and attention to detail have made him a valuable part of the Lancer staff.
Assistant Wing Backs / Defensive Backs Coach
Coach Connor Dubois is a former Lancer student-athlete who proudly played under Coach Lauzon from 2014 to 2017. A disciplined and team-first player during his time on the field, Dubois now brings that same focus and dedication to the Londonderry coaching staff.
He is a graduate of Husson University and is entering his 4th year with the Lancers. Dubois currently serves as an Assistant Coach working with the Wing Backs and Defensive Backs. His energy, passion for the game, and commitment to player development have made him a valuable asset to both sides of the ball.
Coach Dubois takes pride in giving back to the program that helped shape him and is dedicated to helping current Lancers grow as athletes and individuals.
Wing Backs / Assistant Linebackers / Co-Special Teams Coordinator
Coach Chris Robbins joined the Lancer coaching staff in 2024 and is entering his 2nd year with the program. He currently works with the Wing Backs and Linebackers and serves as the Co-Special Teams Coordinator.
Before joining Londonderry, Robbins coached at Bow High School and played college football at Western New England University, where he developed a strong understanding of the game and a team-first mindset.
Coach Robbins brings energy, versatility, and a commitment to player development to all phases of the program. He is passionate about helping athletes grow on and off the field through accountability, hard work, and attention to detail.
Wide Receivers / Assistant Linebackers / Co-Special Teams Coordinator
Coach Ryan Fragala joined the Lancer coaching staff in 2024 and is entering his 2nd year with the program. He currently coaches the Wide Receivers and Linebackers while also serving as the Co-Special Teams Coordinator.
Fragala played Division I football at the University of New Hampshire, where he served as a kicker for the Wildcats. His collegiate playing experience brings valuable perspective, attention to detail, and a high level of technical knowledge to the Lancer staff.
Versatile and passionate, Coach Fragala contributes across multiple phases of the game and is dedicated to helping student-athletes grow both on and off the field.
Assistant Coach – Assistant Offensive Line/Defensive Line
Hayden Fielder is entering his first season as a member of the Londonderry coaching staff following a successful four-year playing career at Husson University. A dedicated and hardworking student of the game, Hayden brings a fresh energy and a player’s perspective to the program as he begins his coaching journey.
During his time at Husson, Hayden was a key contributor on the offensive line and a respected leader in the locker room. His work ethic, football IQ, and team-first mentality earned him the respect of both teammates and coaches. As an upperclassman, he served as a captain and helped guide the team through both on-field challenges and off-field growth.
Hayden will be working closely with the offensive line, using his collegiate experience to mentor and develop student-athletes in the trenches. He places a strong emphasis on fundamentals, preparation, and accountability—traits that defined his own playing career. His coaching philosophy centers around teaching the game the right way, while also helping players grow as young men.
Off the field, Hayden is passionate about film study, game planning, and finding new ways to elevate the performance of his unit. He has also volunteered at youth camps and community events, aiming to give back to the game that gave him so much.
We’re excited to welcome Hayden to the staff and look forward to the positive impact he’ll have on our program and players.
Assistant Coach – Wingbacks & Safeties
Trevor Weinmann is entering his first season on the Londonderry coaching staff, returning to the program where he once starred as a student-athlete. A 2023 graduate of Londonderry High School, Trevor played under Coach Lauzon and was a key contributor to the Lancers during his time in the program.
After graduation, Trevor continued his playing career at Curry College before transferring to Southern New Hampshire University, where he is currently completing his degree. His experience at both the high school and collegiate levels gives him a well-rounded perspective and a strong foundation as he begins his coaching career.
Trevor will be working with the wingbacks and safeties, bringing energy, relatability, and a player’s mindset to the position groups. He emphasizes technique, effort, and accountability, and takes pride in helping athletes grow both on and off the field.
As an alum of the program, Trevor understands the culture, standards, and expectations of Londonderry Football. He is passionate about giving back to the team that shaped him and is committed to helping the next generation of Lancers succeed.
