Coach Jimmy Lauzon is entering his 14th year as a head football coach and his 12th season leading the Londonderry Lancers. The Londonderry football program is one of the most
successful and respected programs in the state of New Hampshire. The Lancers have
competed in five of the last six state championships. They have challenged themselves against
some of the best programs in New England playing programs such as Bishop Hendricken (RI),
St. Johns Prep (MA), Chelmsford High School (MA) and will be playing Duxbury High School
(MA) in 2025.
A former head coach at his alma mater, he began his coaching career in 2011 at Manchester West as the youngest coach in the country at 22-years-old. Before arriving in Londonderry in
2014, Lauzon also spent time as an assistant coach at Saint Anselm College. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the NH Football Foundation and helps run the
annual NH Football Showcase, which connects high school athletes with college programs across the country. Lauzon has been selected to coach in the CHaD NH East-West All-Star
Game in 2018, 2019, and 2023.
Coach Lauzon brings a high-energy, player-first approach to the field. His mission is to develop not just great football players, but great people, emphasizing life lessons, character, and lasting
relationships.
In addition to football, Lauzon has coached varsity baseball, track, and middle school basketball. He strongly supports multi-sport participation and encourages all of his players to stay active year-round through other sports and offseason training.
