Michelle is a proud alumna of Londonderry High School and a former Lancer student-athlete who has gone on to become one of the most respected strength and conditioning professionals in the region. With a passion for athlete development and a deep connection to the Londonderry community, Michelle brings unmatched experience, leadership, and enthusiasm to the Lancer athletic program.
She currently holds her CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) and serves as the New Hampshire State Director for the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA). Her commitment to excellence and long-standing contributions to the field have earned her widespread recognition at both the state and regional levels.

Michelle’s coaching philosophy emphasizes discipline, consistency, and developing both physical and mental toughness. She is deeply invested in helping student-athletes reach their full potential through safe, effective, and sport-specific training.
As a former Lancer herself, Michelle takes pride in giving back to the program that helped shape her own athletic and professional journey. Her presence on staff not only elevates the training environment but also serves as a powerful example of what it means to be a Lancer—on and off the field.

Leon tracks game stats on the field during varsity games. He has been an LHS Algebra teacher since 2003. He received a Bachelors degree in Mathematics Education at Rivier University.
