Head Freshman Coach
Coach Tom Howard brings a winning pedigree and deep football experience to the Londonderry program. A proud graduate of Plymouth Regional High School, Howard played under legendary coach Chuck Lenahan from 2004 to 2008. During his time with the Bobcats, he went a perfect 33-0 and was part of three straight Division III State Championship teams in 2006, 2007, and 2008.
Howard continued his football career at St. Lawrence University, where he played alongside Coach Jim Curro. In 2011, they helped lead St. Lawrence to a Liberty League Championship.
After college, Howard returned to Plymouth to begin his coaching career. He was part of Coach Lenahan’s 2013 championship staff and remained on board under Head Coach Chris Sanborn from 2014 to 2016, working with the offensive line and defensive ends.
Now in his 3rd year with the Lancers, Howard serves as the Head Coach of the Freshman Football Team. He brings a championship mindset, strong fundamentals, and a commitment to developing the next generation of Lancers through discipline, toughness, and team-first football.
